Summer is a great time to play. Whether running outside on a sunny day or going to the beach and watching the waves, play can be the perfect antidote to worrying, fretting, dwelling on whatever ails you. Taking a break from whatever serious project you are concentrating on, long enough to laugh, to play with a child, to look at the toys at a store near you; all are fun ways to apend time and get us in touch with our 'inner child'.
